Day 1 Insanity: Fitness Test

The purpose of this blog is to chronicle my journey through insanity. Its another way to help me be accountable to my goals. Expect updates on a regular basis. I will cover my successes, struggles and fun times doing this great workout. Please follow my journey and if you have any questions hit me up.

On Monday, January 28th I began my 2nd round of Insanity. Insanity always begins with a fitness test and follows up every 2 weeks. Its a great way to measure your progress.

After a two week break from finishing round 1. I was ready to give Insanity another go. I can say one thing, no matter how fit you are this fit test will push you. Its all about going as hard as you can go.

I worked up a pretty good sweat:
